SUMMER PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Senior Group: M/T/W/F= 3:15-5:30pm T/TH= 6-8am WED.= 8-9:30am Weekend and morning workouts will be announced.
Gold Group: M/T/W/F= 4:45-6:30pm (includes dryland) Th= 6:30-8am
Silver Group: 11 and over: M/T/W/F= 4:45-6:30pm (includes dryland)
10&U: M/T/W/F= 5:15-6:30pm (includes stretching)
Th.= 7-8am
*10&U swimmers may only come up to three times per week. Mako 2 Group: M/T/W/F= 4:15-5:15pm Th.= 7-8am (swimmers can come up to three times per week)
Mako 1 Group: M/T/W/F 3:30-4:15pm Th.= 7-8am (swimmers can come up to three times per week) |
